Return & Refund Policy
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To start a return, please contact us at SALES@SOCCERPROGEARS.COM with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products (including items with names, team logos, or special designs).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at SALES@SOCCERPROGEARS.COM and include photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back your item.
